⭐ Your Role: Inventory Clerk
As a key member of our care team, you’ll manage all resident personal items and supplies, including clothing, hygiene products, formula, and incontinence items. You’ll also collaborate with the QIDP and Active Treatment Specialist to support a person-centered approach to resident needs.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Track, maintain, and update inventory for all resident care and personal items
- Monitor, rotate, and replace resident clothing seasonally or as needed
- Receive deliveries, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with the Finance team
- Maintain accurate records of clothing sizes, hygiene items, and stock levels
- Assist on the floor when needed, including direct care tasks
- Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction
- Build positive relationships with vendors and internal departments
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable assisting with physical care tasks and working in a team setting
- Professionalism, discretion, and adherence to HIPAA regulations
