Location: Sharonville, Ohio

Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hrs/week) with evening and weekend flexibility required

About The Role

Saint Joe’s is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to help individuals with developmental disabilities maximize independence and maintain quality of life. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy services while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, including support for individuals utilizing respite and day program services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and therapy services
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to ensure individualized care
• Support individuals utilizing respite and day program services
• Ensure compliance with policies, documentation, and resident rights
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
