As a DSP, You’ll Support Individuals With Developmental Disabilities, Helping Them Live With Dignity, Independence, And Joy. Your Work Will Include
- Providing direct personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with hygiene, meals, and medication administration
- Implementing individualized care and behavior support plans
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
- Current auto insurance
