Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist based in Bristol, RI. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, performing precision machining tasks such as milling, interpreting technical drawings, and adhering to quality control protocols. The role includes troubleshooting machinery, ensuring machine calibration, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with CNC Machinery
- Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling processes
- Knowledge of Quality Control standards and practices
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of Machinery components
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in machining is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
