Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist located in Seekonk, MA. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Daily tasks include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring accurate measurements, troubleshooting machinery, performing milling operations, and conducting quality checks to maintain precise specifications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Machine Operation and Machining techniques
- Proficiency in Milling and operating sophisticated CNC equipment
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control protocols to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Experience working with industrial Machinery in precision manufacturing settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CNC machining are a plus
- Prior experience in industries such as Aerospace, Defense, or Medical is an advantage
- Mastercam programming a plus
