Maintenance Handyman

Qualifications and Competencies

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ related experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical labor.

General Description

Performs general maintenance and repairs for all agency-owned or rented properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance at all sites.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, doors, fixtures).
• Handle plumbing and electrical repairs; maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections (safety, vehicles).
• Maintain supply inventory and order with approval.
• Assist with consumer moves, snow removal, landscaping, and storage.
• Accepts and follows through on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
