Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM Operations to facilitate workflow management, aid the INDOPACOM J761 Team.
NOTE This position is Contingent Upon Funding.
Job Description
- Support the INDOPACOM J761 Team with collecting and tracking relevant data.
- Knowledge of Live, Virtual, Constructive Modeling and Simulation is a plus.
- Assist Resource Manager with other funding documents within SABRS for MIPRs development or other documents as requested.
- Assist with tracking contract labor, travel requirements, and Official Representation Funds (ORF).
- Assist the team with processing financial forms for contract approvals through USINDOPACOM.
- Generate reports from financial systems, including the SMARTS program.
- Support the government in reviewing and processing documents in the Defense Travel System (DTS) prior to traveler creating a travel authorization/voucher.
- Validate the correct line of accounting charged, ensure necessary documents are attached, validate receipts, check Government Travel Card limits, and assist with credit limit adjustments if required.
- Support supply requests processing via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Document functional requirements, contribute to task redistribution analysis, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with development, coordination and completion of military and civilian award packages.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors and fifteen 5 years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with scheduling software and task management tools.
- Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) software and systems.
- Spreadsheet support skills, particularly in maintaining and analyzing data.
- Experience in awards packaging, admin package preparation, and personnel database maintenance.
- Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret with ability to obtain a TSSCI.
- Must have current US Citizenship.
Salary : $80,001 - $120,000
