SageShield Assurance is seeking friendly, organized, and motivated individuals to join our growing Tampa office. As a Client Intake Representative, you'll help create an outstanding first impression while assisting clients through the beginning stages of the enrollment process.
No Experience Required — We provide paid training and continued mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist new clients in Sales and Enrollment with new plans
- Collect and verify client information
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
- Answer general client questions
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
