Talent acquisition Specialist

You will join our Dallas office, a growing and dynamic team of around 60 employees, primarily working on technical and engineering projects.

We value open communication, strong team relationships, and a hands-on approach, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while working closely with both local teams in the US and global stakeholders based at our headquarters in France.

You will work daily with the HR Manager based in Dallas and the Global Talent acquisition manager based at HQ.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, with a focus on engineering and telecom profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (intake, sourcing, interviews, offer, onboarding)

Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategy

Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, networking)

Screen and interview candidates, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit

Manage the interview process and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Lead offer process and negotiations

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent

Track recruitment activity and improve hiring effectiveness (KPIs, process, time-to-fill)

Profile :

Relevant recruitment experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes (in-house or agency)

Proven experience recruiting technical profiles, ideally within telecom, engineering, or industrial environments, or from a specialized technical/industrial recruitment agency

Ability to manage multiple recruitments in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable working with HR tools (HRIS, Excel, etc.)

Experience working in an international environment, with stakeholders based at HQ in France (Group Recruitment Manager and Group HR Department)
