Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with purpose, takes pride in creating beautiful moments for others, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Prior experience isn’t required—just a strong sense of initiative, a willingness to learn, and a consistent presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting espresso drinks and beverages to recipe standards
- Providing warm, attentive service to all guests
- Supporting day-to-day operations: register, restocking, cleaning, and prep
- Working with a team to maintain a calm and well-run café environment
- Minimum of 15 hours per week required; weekend availability preferred
Pay
Average of $20/hour with tips, based on current team earnings
