What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Stomp'n Grounds Espresso Bar?
Stomp'n Grounds Espresso Bar in Hermann, MO is looking for one barista to join our strong team. This will be a part time postion but could grow into full time. Must be able to work weekends. Great hours and pay. Our ideal candidate has good work ethics, ambitious, and hard-working and can greet customers with a friendly welcome. Also a great position for a mom's or dad's with kids at school. Our hours for this position is 8 am till 3pm Wed.-Friday on Saturdays 8am till 3pm.Every other Sunday 8 am to 2:30. We do train. No experience required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare both hot and cold drinks plus easy food in accordance with our menu
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or food service helpful but not necessary.
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
