The ISV Business Operations Manager is responsible for tracking, planning, and supporting the execution of ISV revenue across Sage North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Tracking and Planning: Monitor and plan ISV revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Data Analysis: Capture, build, and analyze data from various business segments to provide actionable insights.
- Field Execution Tracking: Track and support field execution to ensure the achievement of regional revenue potential.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, commercial operations, product marketing, and commercial partners teams to drive ISV business growth.
- Insights and Reporting: Provide recurring and ad-hoc insights and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Strategy Communication: Articulate, communicate, and track information and strategy across cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role.
