Job Description
In this global role, the GTM Technology Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of assigned GTM technology platform(s) empowering Sage's global sales teams to have access to the right tools, platforms, and technology solutions to enhance sales effectiveness, engage customers and drive revenue growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, IT and marketing identifying opportunities to optimize the sales technology stack and driving adoption and utilization of key systems. Critical to this role is having a strong understanding of sales processes, commercial acumen, and technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
Assess the current sales technology ecosystem and identify areas for improvement or optimization
Evaluate new sales platforms, tools, and applications to enhance productivity, efficiency, and visibility
Collaborate with sales leadership to define technology requirements and prioritize technology initiatives
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of sales tools and platforms
Provide user training, support, and guidance to drive platform adoption and utilization
Monitor analytics and make recommendations to continuously improve the sales tech stack
Serve as the subject matter expert on the sales technology landscape, advising stakeholders on best practices
Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners to unlock new capabilities and features
Stay abreast of emerging sales technologies and industry trends, making strategic recommendations
Deliver training programs on how to effectively use the technology
Utilize data insights and reporting capabilities to track usage, engagement, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to teams into platform effectiveness and content utilization
