Pay Rate: $2412 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40 hours work week (Includes non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg, Tele, PCU
Shifts available: Nights
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, Every other
weekend and Holiday rotation required
Position Requirements:
- Current Med Surg Nursing
experience: 2 years - Required
- Current/recent PCU or Stepdown Nursing experience - Required
- Telemetry experience - Required
- MediTech experience - Required
- Prior travel experience: Preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN - Required
- BSN – Preferred
- RN License for State of New
Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHSA –
Required
Job Description:
- The professional nurse providing care to medical/surgical and PCU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
- Must float between MS and PCU units as assigned
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and
evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating
patients
