We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children and enjoy being in and around the water. Whether you have experience as a competitive swimmer, lifeguard, swim coach, or instructor—or you're an exceptional swimmer looking to begin a career in aquatics—we'll provide the professional training you need to succeed.

This is more than a part-time job. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on hundreds of families while developing valuable leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging, high-quality swim lessons using the SwimLabs curriculum
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
• Build relationships with swimmers and their families
• Track student progress and celebrate milestones
• Work alongside a professional aquatics team dedicated to exceptional customer experiences
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused facility

• Comfortable and confident in the water
• Able to swim at least 200 yards continuously
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Excellent communicators with a positive attitude
• Patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children
• Team players who take pride in helping others succeed

Experience That Stands Out

While we provide comprehensive paid training, applicants with any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Competitive swimming
• Swim team experience
• Lifeguarding
• Swim instruction or coaching
• Teaching or childcare experience
• Camp counseling
• Physical education, kinesiology, education, or exercise science backgrounds

Minimum Age: 16 years old

Schedule

We're currently hiring for:

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Part-time positions available with opportunities for additional hours and full-time advancement based on business needs and performance.
