Position Overview
We are hiring multiple enthusiastic and reliable Swim Instructor canidates. If you enjoy working with children, want flexible part-time hours, and like being in a fun, active environment, this role is for you. No prior swim teaching experience is required, we provide complete training.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons using the SwimLabs curriculum
- Keep classes engaging, positive, and safe
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students and families
- Support smooth daily operations of the swim school
Requirements
- Comfortable in the water and able to swim 200 yards continuously
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Great with kids and families
- Prior swim team, lifeguard, or teaching experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be at least 16 years old
Schedule & Pay
Shifts needed:
Weekends 8-4
Mondays - Thursday 1:45- 8pm
- Part-time with full time potential ( based on company needs )
- Pay range: $18–$23/hour, based on experience
- Paid training and certification provided

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
