We are seeking reliable, professional swim instructors who enjoy working with children and value a stable, structured, low-drama workplace. This role is ideal for individuals who value steady part-time work and enjoy teaching in a calm, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months through adults
• Follow curriculum and safety protocols
• Create a calm, positive learning environment
• Communicate professionally with parents when needed
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance
• Work as part of a respectful, team-oriented staff
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Consistent and dependable attendance is required
• Comfort working with children
• Calm, patient, professional demeanor
• Ability to follow structure and routine
• Prior teaching, childcare, coaching, or swim experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
  
  

This position is best suited for applicants seeking stable, long-term employment rather than short-term or seasonal work.

Schedule - Fixed Weekly Shifts

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• No rotating schedules
• No last-minute shift changes
  
  

Compensation
