Manager on Duty - Simpsonville

Requirements:

• A passion for children and young families
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Experience working with children in any capacity
• Current CPR and First Aid for Adults, Child, and Infant required - (In-house training can be provided onsite)
• Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employment
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weight

Strongly Preferred:

• Swim Instruction experience
• Background in early childhood learning, teaching or coaching kids

Hours:

• Flexible part-time hours
• Set schedule every week
• PMs M-Th 4.5-hour shift in the afternoon. Tu, W 2.5-hour shift in the morning. Saturday 3.5 hr shift in the morning. Sunday 3.5 hour shift in the afternoon.
