Role Description The Onsite Self Storage Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at our Henderson, NV location. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions about unit sizes and pricing, and assisting with rentals, move-ins, and move-outs. The representative will handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, process payments, prepare rental agreements, and maintain accurate customer records. Day-to-day responsibilities include walking the property, checking units and locks, keeping common areas neat, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also includes following up with leads, providing excellent customer support, and helping ensure the facility remains secure, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Strong customer interaction skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Support.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, with a track record of enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency for using property management or point-of-sale systems, email, and standard office applications.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as walking the property, inspecting units, and lifting or moving small items as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling payments, documentation, and facility checks.
