Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Manager to lead inventory, procurement, and parts operations supporting fire trucks and emergency equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment readiness, minimizing downtime, and delivering high service department performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory, forecasting, and stock accuracy
- Order OEM and aftermarket parts and negotiate with suppliers
- Supervise parts staff and daily operations
- Support service teams with timely and accurate parts fulfillment
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and parts sales performance
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of parts management or inventory experience
- Experience in heavy equipment, diesel, or related industries
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with inventory systems or DMS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Fire apparatus or emergency vehicle experience
- Strong vendor negotiation and forecasting experience
- Familiarity with OEM parts sourcing
- Experience using NetSuite or Oracle Platforms (ERP)
- Experience using ServicePro

Pay: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
