We are seeking an IT professional to manage, tailor, and maintain the company’s internal technology and business systems. The primary focus of this role is configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheet to align with real operational workflows.
This position works directly with company leadership and department managers to understand needs, design solutions, implement software, train users, and provide ongoing support. The role also includes responsibility for in-house IT equipment and coordination with the company’s Managed Service Provider to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology across the company. The role will also evaluate and integrate AI-driven platforms to improve workflows, visibility, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems and Software
- Configure, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics to support company workflows
- Own Smartsheet structure, automation, dashboards, permissions, and integrations
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms to automate tasks and improve business workflows
- Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and usability
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Requirements Gathering and Implementation
- Work with management and department leaders to understand operational needs
- Translate business processes into effective software solutions
- Assist with or lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed
Training and User Support
- Train employees on Microsoft Dynamics, Smartsheet, AI tools, and related systems
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Provide internal support for business systems and applications
IT Infrastructure and End-User Support
- Manage in-house IT setup and maintenance for computers, laptops, and peripherals
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a technology standpoint
- Install, configure, and maintain software, user access, and permissions
- Help maintain consistent hardware, software, and security standards
MSP and Vendor Coordination
- Work with the company’s Managed Service Provider on troubleshooting and projects
- Assist in managing relationships with software vendors and technology partners
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or strong aptitude and hands-on exposure
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow and project management platforms
- Experience using Microsoft 365 products
- Interest or experience in applying AI tools to business workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or business systems in operational environments
- Experience with Sage or accounting-related systems
- Experience with system integrations, automation, or reporting tools
