What You’ll Do
As a Loan Processor, you’ll help ensure the quality of SAFCO’s loan portfolio by reviewing finance contracts and verifying the information needed to make funding decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing finance contracts submitted for funding.
- Confirming that contracts and supporting documents meet SAFCO’s funding requirements and lending guidelines.
- Conducting customer and other verification interviews to confirm application information.
- Accurately entering and maintaining information across computer systems.
- Communicating professionally to resolve questions and obtain missing information.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional telephone skills and clear verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and accurate data entry skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based programs.
- Ability to learn and apply SAFCO’s program requirements and lending guidelines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
