Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy in accordance.
• Prepare and submit loan packages for underwriting approval, including credit analysis, income verification, and escrow details.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather additional information or resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all processing steps adhere to fair housing regulations and mortgage servicing standards while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility and support decision-making processes.
• Manage the loan origination process from initial application through final approval, including handling contracts and banking documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan processing within the financial services or mortgage industry,
• Prior experience as a loan officer or in mortgage origination is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
