WHAT YOU'LL DO:
· Oversee financial reporting, budgets, and audits for our HOA's General & Reserve Funds
· Lead and supervise the accounting team (AP, AR, billing, and collections)
· Prepare monthly financial statements, tax filings, and bank reconciliations
· Ensure internal controls, compliance, and asset protection
· Manage insurance programs, purchasing processes, and reserve fund investments
· Provide financial insights at Board & Finance Committee meetings
WHO YOU ARE:
· Experienced – Strong background in bookkeeping, finance, and team leadership
·Detail-Oriented & Strategic – You see the big picture while handling the numbers
· Proactive Communicator – Comfortable working with auditors, committees, and leadership
· HOA/Community Management Experience? A big plus
· Bachelor's Degree
· CPA-Preferred but not required
