Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.Education/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Must have excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience or long-term care is preferred.Shifts and Wages:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShift Needed: Varies*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
