Custodian

Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional office facility near the West 4th Street and Woodward Avenue corridor in Royal Oak. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping maintain a clean, polished, and professional environment.

The Custodian will perform all aspects of routine cleaning throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and floor care. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay on task, and consistently deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial cleaning throughout assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, ledges, and high-touch surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep or mop hard-surface floors
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, orderly facility

Requirements

• Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 per hour
