What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Administrative Specialist position at S&S Employment Partners?
Our client seeks a Collections Administrative Specialist.
This is a full-time temporary position, with potential to extend, where you will earn up to $24 an hour, based on your experience. You will work 40 hours per week, hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office / 2 days working from home/remote. Scheduled hours are M-F 8am – 4:30pm.
To qualify for the Collections Administrative Specialist position, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to take direction
As the Collections Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks in relation to early-stage collections work. In addition, you will also be expected to:
- Correspond with members and customers who request certain administrative duties to be completed
- Distribute and/or handle tasks in the collections department
- Pull and send contract and invoice copies
- Review returned payment reports
- Assist with updating bank information accordingly
- Assist with handling customer voicemails and cases in SalesForce
- Utilize various systems including E-Oscar and Accurint to complete skip-tracing
- Other duties as determined by Management
