Join us in shaping the future of our industry through expertise, innovation, and integrity.Do You Have What It Takes?We're seeking a Demolition Operations Manager who brings:Minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or a related construction field.3-5 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally leading multi-disciplinary teamsExperience in project estimating, planning, and on-site managementA bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience and certifications may substituteProficiency in B2W Estimate, Trimble ProjectSight, Trimble Spectrum, and scheduling software is preferred; however, similar software is acceptable tooStrong knowledge of demolition techniques, waste management, and hazardous material handling (asbestos, lead)OSHA 30 certificationHAZWOPER Awareness or relevant Asbestos/Lead or ability to obtain quicklyA Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) license is preferredExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilities, with close attention to detailAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and environmental dataKey Responsibilities As A Demolition Operations ManagerHere's what you'll be doing on a typical day:Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise employees, including Project Managers, Estimators and Field Personnel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and fostering professional development. Establish and promote clear communication channels and a strong safety culture within the division, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Coordinate and assist in the management of the field crews with the General Superintendent Assign estimates, projects, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, making sure they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage estimating and bidding processes for public and private projects, while building strong client relationships to secure new work and drive division growth.Enforce safety and compliance standards in partnership with the corporate safety manager, ensuring adherence to OSHA, HAZWOPER, and MCP regulations.Optimize operational efficiency by monitoring job costing, implementing quality control initiatives, and leveraging industry-specific software for project management and scheduling.When You'll WorkFull-time positionStandard schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through FridayLet's Get You Started!Ready to lead with confidence?
