YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 7 AM - 4 PM.
YOUR DAY
As our Construction Project Administrator, you'll ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities include setting up projects in Spectrum and ProjectSight, managing contracts and compliance, coordinating field office logistics, and supporting RFIs and submittals. You'll work closely with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to keep every detail organized and on track.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current driver's license
- Must live within 1 hour of the job location
Experience with Trimble products, Spectrum, ProjectSight, and B2W is preferred.
