Operating across 20 countries, Mobility Global maintains a diverse portfolio of office locations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
The Director, Global Facilities Operations will lead enterprise-wide facilities operations across all corporate offices. Reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate, this role is responsible for overseeing regional Facilities Managers and all on-site office staff, ensuring operational excellence, cost discipline, and a consistent workplace experience across geographies.
This role partners closely with the Director of Security, Risk, Safety & Compliance to ensure local operational execution of corporate safety, physical security, and compliance standards while maintaining clear separation of policy ownership and governance responsibilities.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Responsibilities And Impact
Global Facilities Leadership
- Lead and oversee Facilities Managers across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
- Provide oversight of all office staff, including front desk and workplace services teams.
- Establish consistent global facilities operating standards and service expectations.
- Drive accountability and performance management across regions.
- Develop scalable operating procedures to support growth and office expansion.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of all office locations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and vendor performance.
- Ensure facilities operations support employee productivity and engagement.
- Standardize workplace services delivery models across regions.
- Partner with HR on employee experience initiatives tied to workplace environment.
- Develop and manage global facilities operating budgets.
- Monitor spend across regions and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Oversee facilities vendor contracts and service agreements in partnership with Procurement.
- Support capital planning initiatives related to facilities improvements.
- Ensure operational efficiency aligned with enterprise cost discipline.
- Oversee facilities-related vendors including maintenance, janitorial, utilities, and building services.
- Monitor vendor service levels and contractual compliance.
- Drive performance improvement and service consistency across global offices.
- Partner with Procurement on vendor selection and renewal strategies.
- Partner with the Director of Security, Risk, Safety & Compliance to operationalize corporate safety and physical security standards.
- Ensure local office adherence to enterprise security policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of emergency preparedness and business continuity protocols at each location.
- Coordinate local execution of safety training and compliance initiatives.
- Escalate facilities-related risk issues to the Security & Risk leadership.
Capital Projects & Office Expansion
- Lead office buildouts, relocations, and renovations in partnership with the Global Head of Real Estate.
- Ensure operational readiness for new or expanded office locations.
- Coordinate facilities readiness for technology, security, and occupancy transitions.
- Standardize facilities integration during footprint optimization initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field; or relevant experience.
- 15 years of progressive facilities or workplace operations experience.
- Experience leading multi-site, multi-region facilities teams.
- Experience supporting global office portfolios.
- Familiarity with capital planning and lease coordination
- Demonstrated budget management and vendor oversight experience.
- Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience operating in a publicly traded or highly regulated company.
