Parts Manager

S & L Ford is a trusted automotive dealership located in Oconto Falls, WI, committed to providing exceptional vehicle sales and service. We pride ourselves on our customer-first approach and dedicated team members who contribute to our success and community reputation.  We are breaking ground on a new state-of-the-art dealership that will be located just north of Green Bay.  Therefore, this position will start in Oconto Falls but will be relocated to Highway 41 at Brown Road in the summer of 2027.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position overseeing a large-scale parts department with more than $150k in inventory. We’re seeking someone with:

• Deep knowledge of dealership parts operations
• Prior experience as a Parts Manager (or ready to step into the role)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of team development
