Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marine & Powersports Parts and Service Manager to lead our service and parts departments. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team of technicians and parts specialists in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments
• Supervise, train, and support service technicians and parts staff
• Schedule service work and ensure timely, high-quality completion
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for parts and accessories
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service and parts sales
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
• Monitor department performance, and profitability
• Maintain relationships with vendors, manufacturers and customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marine and/or powersports service management (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of boats, outboards, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and related equipment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment

Preferred Skills

• Technical background in marine or powersports repair
• Inventory management experience
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on growth and efficiency

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
