What are the responsibilities and job description for the BA - Lead Marina Attendant - Seasonal (2653) position at S&K GAMING LLC?
SUMMARY
To provide excellent customer service to all Marina guests. Responsible for the supervision, operation of the facilities, staff; and ensuring a smooth-running day-to-day activity of Big Arm & KwaTaqNuk marina properties. No member of the Marina operations department including the Supervisor is above any work/tasks needing to be done to meet the overall goal of safety and an enjoyable visit for the guests.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain guest contact and provide excellent customer service.
- Primary point of contact for both Marina properties; KwaTaqNuk & Big Arm
- Keep track of and log inventory for both Marina properties; KwaTaqNuk & Big Arm monthly
- Knowledgeable with the Flathead Lake area, history, points of interests and sights
- Promote the Shadow, KwaTaqNuk Resort and Big Arm specials, events, and promotions to help increase revenue.
- Knowledgeable of the Shadow’s schedule, ticket pricing, etc.
- Knowledge of fuel prices
- Fueling boats
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of both Marina properties; KwaTaqNuk & Big Arm
- Oversee the cleanliness of both Marina properties, shores, docks, and the patio areas, keeping the areas free of litter/trash.
- Create and maintain Marina staff work schedules.
- Monitor and submit Marina staff time records to payroll.
- Will assist in the hiring of any Marina staff.
- Responsible to train all Marina staff as they are hired.
- May need to assist guests with boarding & disembarking.
- May need to assist with emergency.
- Must adhere to employee appearance and dress code.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Have a working knowledge/experience of marina services.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Skill & knowledge in use of computers.
- Excellent customer service.

- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills.

- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Know how to swim.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGULATIONS
- Required First Aid & CPR training within two weeks of hire.
- Required Spill Response training within two weeks of hire.
- Required to watch Customer Service video annually.
- Must complete POS training.
- Must complete Cash handling training.
- This individual as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
- It is always the responsibility of the employee to have all documents current and valid.
Salary : $16 - $24
