You’ll play a critical role in supporting revenue operations, maintaining billing a

ccuracy,resolving invoice issues, and strengthening relationships with both internal t

eams andcustomers — all while helping drive continuous improvement across the billing f

  WHAT YOU WILL DO – ESSENTIAL RESPONSI
• BILITIES:Own and manage assigned billing workflows, ensuring invoices are

• d timely.Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compli

• tandards.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice rejections, and

• mindset.Partner with branch teams, operations, customer service, and accounting t

• barriers.Maintain accurate and organized billing records, supporting documenta

• updates.Support customer portal uploads and electronic invoice submissions as re
