he Accounting Manager leads a team onsite) and is responsible for accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities. They oversee daily accounting operations, manage the monthly close, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general and operational accounting processes
• Lead and manage the monthly close (accuracy, timeliness, compliance)
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to leadership
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership on business initiatives
• Drive process improvements and efficiency using tools/technology
• Handle multiple deadlines and resolve accounting issues proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 8 years of experience, including 3 years in management
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
