Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Create work orders for technicians and ensure accuracy of information
- Communicate with technicians to ensure that they have all necessary information to complete the job
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Provide estimates for service work and communicate with customers regarding pricing and timeframes
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of any changes or updates
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they received
- Maintain accurate records of service work and customer interactions
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a service writer or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Valid driver's license
