Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Milwaukee, WI, for a Merchandiser at S. Abraham & Sons. The Merchandiser will be responsible for visiting retail locations, organizing and stocking products, maintaining displays, ensuring proper product placement, and implementing promotional activities. The role entails regular communication with store managers and staff to provide excellent customer service and optimize product presentation to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with retail staff and management, ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with the ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals
- Knowledge of Marketing techniques and strategies to implement promotions and improve product visibility
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining stock levels and appealing product displays
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while visiting multiple retail locations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in retail or marketing are a plus
- Physical ability to lift and move products as needed
