Estimator
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track Addenda and other Bid Information
- Review and Price Plans, Details, and Specifications to ensure Scope Coverage
- Estimates with an eye toward Value-Adds and Competitive Advantage
- Develop and submit RFI’s as required
- Ensure that all Bids are submitted on time
- Follow up on Bid with General Contractors, Dealers, and or Owners
- Create detailed take-offs of construction blueprints
- Analyze blueprints, and specifications
- Assists setting estimating priority based on due dates and guidelines
- Enters product pricing into company database
- Calculates raw material requirements

- Basic AutoCAD knowledge a plus

Required Experience:
2 or more years of formal estimating experience on construction projects OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
This position is on-site only and no relocation is being offered at this time.
