Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling calls and meetings, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless day-to-day flow.
- Provide administrative support to the investment team and assist with onsite meetings as needed.
- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including commercial and occasional private flights.
- Plan and execute all aspects of onsite meetings and events, including meals, logistics, materials, and end-to-end coordination.
- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations and process expense reports accurately and on time.
- Handle office tasks such as copying, scanning, securing signatures, document organization, and file management.
- Support the extended investment team, including affiliate groups, with travel and administrative needs.
- Serve as backup administrative support for additional Investment Professionals as required.
Office & Event Support
- Lead or assist in planning internal and external events from concept through completion.
- Provide limited administrative assistance to portfolio companies when needed.
- Participate in additional projects based on business needs and candidate interest.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience & Education
- 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple C-level executives; private equity or financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
