Marketing Executive
Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology. This person understands how to convert marketing dollars into profitable revenue, build powerful brands, and lead a lean, tech-enabled marketing organization.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, with a heavy focus on digital performance marketing, analytics, AI integration, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage all digital channels: Google Ads (PPC), SEO, Local Service Ads (LSA), Analytics, Search Console, and retargeting.
- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable conversions.
- Oversee and optimize social media ad campaigns and organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and deploy email and text marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar bulk messaging platforms.
- Drive CRM marketing automation using Zoho CRM and related tools for remarketing, referral programs, and customer engagement.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Vet, manage, and evaluate current and future marketing agency partners to ensure performance, transparency, and ROI alignment.
- Set clear KPIs and deliverables for all external partners, including PPC, SEO, content, and creative vendors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure maximum value and accountability from each relationship.
- Optimize the marketing ecosystem by determining when to scale, renegotiate, or bring functions in-house for greater efficiency.
AI & Innovation
- Act as an early adopter of AI marketing solutions — leveraging AI tools for content creation, predictive analytics, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Develop and manage brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction.
- Create compelling campaigns that reinforce our leadership position and differentiate our products.
- Oversee production of marketing assets (graphics, videos, storyboards) in partnership with designers and creative partners.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across all channels: cost per lead, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Present clear insights and recommendations to leadership — tying marketing performance directly to business outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure brand and performance consistency.
- Work cross-functionally to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in digital marketing with proven success scaling campaigns and managing budgets.
- Deep expertise with the Google Marketing Suite: Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, LSAs, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing CRM-based campaigns (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email/text platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong understanding of social advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) and organic content strategies.
- Demonstrated success in brand building and creative direction.
- Proficiency with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Early adopter mindset — comfortable leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and content generation.
- Results-oriented with a track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
