Key Responsibilities
- Complete framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, tile, and finish work
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction
- Work with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Identify and address job site issues as they arise
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
