Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Painting Crew Lead / Contractor to lead and execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas. While the majority of work is residential painting, experience with cabinet painting and refinishing is a strong plus.
This role is ideal for a skilled painter who can lead a crew, manage job sites, and deliver clean, professional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small crew on residential painting projects
- Perform interior and exterior painting with high attention to detail
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, caulking, priming)
- Handle occasional cabinet painting and refinishing projects
- Use brush, roller, and spray equipment as needed
- Read and follow project scopes, timelines, and specifications
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Train and mentor team members
- Manage materials, tools, and daily job progress
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential painting experience
- Crew lead / foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, prep work, and finishes
- Experience with cabinet painting is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sprayers (airless or HVLP)
- Basic drywall repair or light carpentry
- Familiarity with high-end residential finishes
- OSHA safety knowledge

Pay: $26.45 - $31.85 per hour
