Key Responsibilities
- Call company-provided leads promptly and consistently
- Follow up with leads using calls, texts, and voicemails
- Qualify homeowners and set in-home sales appointments
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Reconfirm same-day and next-day appointments to improve attendance
- Re-engage older or inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes, lead updates, and follow-up activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and appointment-setting goals
- Escalate complaints or more complex lead issues to management when needed
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead conversion, or outbound calling preferred
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable overcoming objections and handling rejection
- Persistent, competitive, and motivated by results
