Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to insurance agents and office staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and process insurance documents, applications, and renewals.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for insurance agents.
- Assist with billing, payments, and policy changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and insurance carriers.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Licensed Assistants may hold insurance review meetings with clients to assist or in the absence of the agent.
