- Help organize and streamline information flow—capturing details, drafting communications, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Coordinate with senior leaders, board members, clients, and external partners to arrange calls, meetings, and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, acting as a trusted partner and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Be available and responsive beyond standard office hours as needed to support critical business priorities.
- Additional responsibilities: HR support, market research and financial analysis
What We’re Looking For

- Related experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Maturity, professionalism, and the ability to represent the President with polish and discretion.
- A problem-solver who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through without being micromanaged.
- A relationship-driven professional who values trust, confidentiality, and client responsiveness.
