Job Summary- Please only Apply if you have Quickbooks KnowledgeWe are a Commercial Real Estate firm in Newport Beach seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant with Quickbooks knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be doing Data entry in Quickbooks, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, writing correspondence & assisting the management in duties as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Having Real Estate knowledge is a huge plus, but not a necessity.Responsibilities Answer incoming phone callsAssisting the Controller with Data Entry and other functions in QuickbooksContribute to company reportsMaintain an organized digital filing systemAssistance with setting up and maintaining vendors & tenantsDevelop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresAssist the other office staff with duties as neededQualifications· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience· 3 years of Admin experience with comparable responsibilities.· Solid understanding of Quickbooks· Proficient in working with Dropbox or MS OneDrive, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.· Effective oral and written communication skills.· Familiar with property management & real estate is a plus.· Professional, organized and disciplined.Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in office in Newport Beach (This is a set schedule)
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
