Position Summary
As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will support our team of providers throughout all stages of patient care. Your duties will include:
- Greeting patients upon arrival and coordinating all necessary information pertaining to appointment.
- Creating new patient accounts and updating existing patient information.
- Monitor schedule flow to maximize patient experience.
- Verifying insurance eligibility for all patients.
- Scheduling patients follow up plan according to provider’s recommendation.
- Open, close, and clean office as required.
