Human Resources Specialist (Bilingual Russian-English)

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Maintain and update job descriptions
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Lead new hire orientation and training programs
- Represent Rx2Go at community and recruitment events
Employee Support & Benefits
- Guide staff through benefits enrollment and compensation questions
- Act as first point of contact for HR policies, wellness, and workplace concerns
- Assist in building a positive and supportive work environment
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Prepare required reports and handle regulatory submissions
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Contribute to culture, wellness, and training programs
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee relations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR 2 years of HR experience
- Fluent Russian (spoken & written) — Required
- Strong English communication skills
- HRIS and MS Excel proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Healthcare/pharma industry experience
Compensation and Benefits
- $20–$30 per hour depending on experience
