What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all aspects of hospital pharmacy services.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Cultivate a strong professional image and foster collaborative relationships across all hospital departments.
- Align pharmacy operations with client and hospital goals.
- Provide effective managerial oversight to the pharmacy team.
- Oversee the financial health and performance of the pharmacy.
- Drive the department to achieve hospital-wide goals and objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- License: Active and in-good-standing CA State Pharmacist License
- Education: Pharm D or B.S.
- Experience: At least 3 years of prior pharmacy management experience, including oncology experience
- Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening
