About the Role
Rx relief is seeking a driven, proactive Pharmacist to help shape a pharmacy operation from the ground up in the Fairfield, NJ area.

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of daily pharmacy operations and help design workflow processes from the ground up.
- Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Exercise high attention to detail in order accuracy, drug utilization, and record-keeping.
- Adapt quickly to shifting demands and take the initiative to learn new systems and workflows.
- Lead with a growth-oriented mindset, serving as a key driver of the pharmacy’s long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- Mindset & Drive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, highly adaptable, and obsessed with attention to detail.
- Leadership & Ownership: A desire to take total initiative and shape a pharmacy environment from step one.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmacy experience in any setting.
- Retail pharmacy background is welcomed.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
